This is a lovely example of Chinese export jewelry from the 1930s or 40s.  They are chandelier earrings with three domes made of silver filigree of graduated size. Each dome has fine wound wire dangles.  The top part is formed in the shape of a flower and has a screw back mechanism that works well.  The back is marked "silver".  They do test as silver and are in good vintage condition, there are some dangles missing but not noticeable at all.
